Theory of Religious Fiction:

For thousands of years, people have followed the teachings of different 'holy' books. Any educated person can clearly see that the majority of the content in all of these books is ludcirous; pure fantasy. Admittedly, many years ago, people were nearly as stupid as they are now, but they must have had some form of common sense (This is most obvious when one considers Jesus' prosecution; most people didn't fall for it). It therefore seems highly unlikely that anyone would take a book such as the bible seriously, even in 'biblical times'. Instead, these books are cleary (poorly written) works of fiction, nothing more significant than Tom Clancy's latest hi-tech military orientated thriller. In fact, the construction of the bible (As my main example) greatly mirrors that of a modern work of fiction; everything is told in third person, and whatever 'messages' there are need to be interpreted by the reader: Besides the ten commandments, where is the word of god? The fact that the bible had many authors supports my claim even further; if the book were written by one person in a short time-frame it would be far more likely to be the teachings of a superior being than the current 'collaboration of authors' situation. In short, the 'holy' books of the religions of our time are nothing more than fiction, art, and not something to waste a lifetime worshipping.

Theory of god/religion dichotomy:

This is a simple theory. It seems clear to me that religion has been formed completely separately from god the superman; how else can one explain the multitude of interpetations of all religions claiming to be following god's word? If god were involved with religion, he would be able to teach the followers himself, instead of letting them get it wrong and make fools of themselves. The only 'religions' which actually make sense are those which actually distance themselves from god, or even discount his existence entirely. The best examples of these types of 'religions' are Buddhism and Satanism (I.E. The teachings of Anton Levey). Everyone claiming to be acting in the name of god, or following the word of god, is blatantly lying or is seriously delusioned; only a complete fool can take the words of a prehistoric book or a self-proclaimed holy man to have any significance beyond mere words.

Religions piss me off.

Proof of God's insignificance should he exist:

To all you classical theists (Christians, Jews, Muslims, etc.) I put the following: if I say I am God, how can you prove me wrong without denying your own God's existence? Think about it. You might say "You're not God. God is omnipresent" to which I would reply "I cannot see him anywhere". You might say "If you're God, make a miracle happen right here, right now" to which I would reply "Ask your own God the same and see what happens". You might say "God does not feel pain" to which I would reply "Can you personally prove that I do?"

See if you can come up with your own. Think of it as a mental exercise. Oh, and if you believe in God, you should be shot. The world has no room for stupidity.
